Wunderkeks, LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the customer experience for everyone, and are in the process of applying relevant accessibility standards to improve our website and retail services. We strive to be an inclusive business and appreciate your patience while we work to make this site an enjoyable experience for all.
Measures to support accessibility
Wunderkeks takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of its virtual store:
• Include accessibility as part of inclusiveness in our mission statement and business practices.
• Integrate accessibility into our live operations alongside the operation of our website.
• We have appointed an accessibility officer and/or ombudsperson. To reach this person with questions or comments, please email info@wunderkeks.com
• Staff will be trained in matters of accessibility.
• People with disabilities will be included in our future development of promotional characters and content.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Wunderkeks’ site, currently undergoing accessibility improvements, is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. The generally accepted level of conformance in many countries is AA.
Additional accessibility considerations
Wunderkeks is currently in the process of upgrading its website to meet WCAG guidelines and comply with relevant legal accessibility requirements for small businesses. Please note that as a small business, while we are undertaking a concerted effort to improve our business and comply with WCAG guidelines, we may be limited in available resources and the accommodations we can provide. Nevertheless, we will always seek to continuously improve our business, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we add accessibility features over time.
