Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for 3 calendar days after delivery to your residence. If you receive your order and are not satisfied, you can return the product to be considered for a refund. To initiate the refund process, you must contact us and submit a refund request within the 3 day period via our website contact form or by replying to your order confirmation email. If the period of three days has elapsed since the delivery, we unfortunately cannot issue you a refund. Wunderkeks reserves the right to decline any order changes or cancellations.

Refund Requirements

  • Product is defective
  • Product is not as described
  • Product must be unused
  • Product has been delivered to the address collected from customer at point of purchase

In order to ensure the above criteria is met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to withhold a refund. Refunds are processed only when we have received the returned product to our facility and have thoroughly investigated the refund claim.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.

Shipping Items

Wunderkeks is not responsible for any delays in shipping once an order has left our facility. Wunderkeks assumes no responsibility for products damaged or spoiled due to delays related to an incorrectly entered shipping address by the customer.

In order to return an order, you must first contact us detailing your reason for return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Wunderkeks. Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

Returns can be mailed to: 3573 Far West Blvd, Austin, TX, 78731. You will be responsible for any shipping costs with regard to the items you wish to return. We will not refund shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged, in a condition that does not match your return claim, or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject or refuse the refund. If the product in any of the above three conditions due to shipping delays caused by incorrect return address entry, we may reject or refuse the refund.
